We offer bed and breakfast accommodation in a modern bungalow which is disabled friendly with guests having unrestricted access. Rates are based on two people sharing and are per person per night. Single occupancy is available at an addition charge, please telephone for rates.

Evening Meal

Sorry we do not offer an evening meal or bar service. Swanage and the surrounding area has many places to dine out catering for all tastes with sea food being a speciality because of the location.

We do not currently offer online booking for our accommodation.

Payment

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking. Payment can be made by Cash or Cheque with a Cheque Guarantee Card.
Sorry, Credit Cards are not accepted for the deposit payment or the balance payment of your stay with us.

Please note our 2009 Tariff charges have been held and remain unchanged for the 2010 season

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time up until your stay with us. A full refund of any payment made including the deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-let the room booked for the total duration of your stay.
